How to take the screenshot: ![]() The
easiest way of
taking a screenshot is to have the video game client do it for
you. Set your resolution high, and set the client to full screen mode.
For most games, the screenshot key is mapped to the key shown in this
picture. The game client will place the screenshot in a location such
as: C:\wow\Screenshots If you have taken many screenshots and cannot
locate your screenshot, then click on View and select Details, then
click on the Modified column of your window. Screenshots will be
arranged according to date and time. Screenshots are an important tool
for proving account ownership. Anyone can find a profile and claim that
they own it, but they will probably lack screenshots to go with it.
Most games have a /time command that can be used to show that your
screenshot was recent. If I am going to sell for you, do not edit or host your screenshots, send to me by email reseller@rpgreseller.com Editing your screenshot: For safety, you must remove your character name by marking over it. For presentation, you may wish to crop your screenshot. (Cut out the stuff you want to separate it from the rest of the picture. This reduces size and causes more focus on the intended subject.) The easiest and most accessible program for editing your screenshot is mspaint. Click on your start button, click run, type mspaint, then press enter. This program is very basic, but gets the job done. Do not edit your screenshots unless you are selling on your own! Mspaint and the Print Screen button can be used to take pictures of anything, even if the game client isn't mapped to that key. Windows uses that key to send whatever is in your screen into your 'clip board' - if you load a screen into memory, open mspaint, and then select EDIT and PASTE - the screenshot will be loaded into mspaint. Set your wow client resolution to the highest resolution and your font to something that is big and easy to read. If you do not, your screenshots will be hard to read.
